The Role
This Isn't Traditional Sales
Metal buildings are in high demand, and when someone contacts you, they’re already interested—they have property, needs, and motivation to move forward. At Noble Steel, we live up to our name: we’re honest, we help customers build exactly what they need, and we stay with them through the entire process.
We give you a powerful 3D design tool so customers can visualize their building in real-time. Want it 30 feet wide instead of 24? Done. Need an extra garage door? Easy.
The key to success here is simple: stay in touch and genuinely care about each customer’s project. When customers feel heard and know you’re invested in helping them, deals close naturally. You’ll have 24/7 support from our leadership team every step of the way.

Warm Inbound Leads
People contact you because they want a building. No cold calling — just respond to inquiries from interested buyers.

Use our configurator to help customers visualize and customize their building in real-time. It's collaborative, not pushy.
Strong Earnings
Earn 3.5% commission with ability to grow to 4.5%. Average building value is $17,000.
Remote Position
This is a 100% remote role. All you need is a phone, computer, and reliable internet connection.
Team Support
Sales director handles quote approvals and technical questions. You focus on customer experience.

Day to Day
What You'll Actually Do
Think of yourself as a building design consultant who helps customers get exactly what they need.
Respond to warm leads via multiple channels (people who are already looking for a building)
Ask questions to understand what they need: size, use case, location, budget, timeline
Use our 3D design tool to build their custom configuration while they watch it come to life
Make adjustments in real-time based on their feedback (bigger doors, different colors, extra windows)
Present financing options to fit their budget (we have established partnerships)
Submit quotes to our sales director for approval (handles all technical validation)
Follow up with customers and answer questions as they move toward purchase
